Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons heavy cream (as needed)

For the Caramel Drip:

  • ½ cup (120ml) caramel sauce, slightly warm
  • 1 tablespoon heavy cream (to thin, if needed)

For Decoration:

  • Edible gold leaf or gold sprinkles

Instructions

Make the Caramel Cake:

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and line two 9-inch cake pans with parchment paper.
